The building underwent seismic strengthening, according to Israeli standard 413. An additional typical floor and partial penthouse floor were added to the building for a total of 4 new apartments for sale. Residents enjoy refurbishment of the building envelope, a luxurious lobby, elevator, renovation of the stairwell, replacement of building windows with insulated windows, and development of the garden and public areas. Upgrade works were carried out in the existing apartments, and protected spaces, work areas and sun balconies were added to each apartment in the building.
