A magical project of a historic building for preservation.
The entire ground floor was preserved as an ancient Arab structure, with significant strengthening works, renovation of the existing building and careful preservation of the authenticity of the structure. The public space was renewed to Yanushevsky’s high uncompromising standard; From the entrance lobby, creation of a shared sun balcony in the first floor area with attractive landscaping and a decorative pool, to small details such as garbage and gas rooms, entry ramp to the parking lot and more.
4 new floors were added to the unique building (18 units including 2 duplex units) for the convenience of residents, parking spaces were added by excavation and adding floors for an underground parking garage.
