The existing 3-story building is one of the first buildings on Ibn Gabirol Street. On each floor there are 2 apartments. Since the building was erected before 1980, it does not meet the standard 413 for earthquake resistance and is suitable for TAMA 38/2 – demolition and reconstruction. The building that will be constructed will be 6.5 floors and will include 25 apartments, a commercial floor and a roof floor. The building will be built and comply with the Israeli green building standard.
