CEO and owner
Eli started his career in building at the age of 16, working together with his father in Haifa, his city of birth. Since then, he has devoted himself to his love of construction and carpentry (his hobby). At his home in Beit Yehoshua, he has an olive grove where he grows olives that he presses into one of Israel’s finest oils. In this wholesome environment, he raises his children and grandchildren, rides his bike, and restores old tools and cars.

Get to Know Us
Nir took his first steps in the building business as a construction worker during his summer vacations from school. Since joining the company, he has completed courses in contracting, work management, mold casting, Israel’s National Guideline 38—Urban Renewal, and has plans for many more. Nir has a B.A. in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an M.A. in Diplomacy and Security Studies from Tel Aviv University. His management philosophy has taken the company to a whole new level in terms of methods of project management, its ability to handle complex challenges, and the use of groundbreaking technologies in the constructions field.

With a background and training as a plastics engineer, Amos worked in the kibbutz movement’s plastics industry for many years. When green construction entered Israel’s consciousness, he left his previous job and devoted himself to studying and developing this new field. Amos is an authorized supervisor of green construction of the Standards Institute of Israel, and at the firm he is in charge of developing and executing projects aiming for the Green standard. He also makes sure the company is an active member in the Israel Council for Green Building so that it can make as much of an impact as possible on the welcome expansion of green construction in Israel.

Elinor holds a B.A. in Management and Communications since joining she built the firm’s urban renewal department, which works with the Israel National Guideline 38 program, mostly in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan. She is also an authorized contractor for the Israel National Guideline 38 for the Ministry of Housing, one of very few women in Israel. As a member of the Israel National Guideline 38 Union in the Chamber of Commerce and in the Israel Building Guideline 38 group of the Association of Contractors and Builders, Elinor is an influential voice in Israel National Outline Project/Building Guideline 38 processes. Elinor is a role model to other women in Israel’s construction business.

From the world of psychology and communications to marketing and real estate and back and with degrees in Psychology, Marketing, Communication and Social Work (University of Haifa, Tel Aviv University, and the College of Management), Gil brings a winning and fascinating combination of expertise to the firm. Yanushevsky’s marketing strategy places people at the center: its clients, working teams and managers. Gil has many years of experience in online marketing and as marketing communications manager and that, together with her unceasing interest in learning new fields, help enrich her work and provide it with many layers.
